Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email on your order confirmation.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
